All Vertical Jumps start at lowest height and will raise in HJ = 2" increments PV = 6"and not lowered
All Horizonal Jumps and Throws receive 3 attempts (5 alive format)
Bring your own discus & shot put.
Track Events begin at 5:30p (Heats assign by age oldest/best time to youngest)
Turbo Javelin - Family Relay Multi Generation teams, 4x300m Relay
**(200m/300/400m Hurdles may be added if requested)**

- 5yrs and under FREE! Optimist Club of Reno Kids Races start approximately 6:25pm (2yrs old - 6yrs old)
- Concession Stand will be available with snacks and cold drinks!

- 100m HH Men/Women (33’) YELLOW
- 80m HH Girls/Boys (30”/33’) GREEN
- 100 meters 5yrs & Older (Heats assign by age oldest to youngest)
- 1500 meter 7yrs & Older
- Optimist Club of Reno Kids Races & Family Relays start approximately 6:45pm (2yrs old - yrs old)
- 25 meters (6yrs & under)
- 50 meters (10yrs & under and or 60yr s+ plus)
- 400 meters 7yrs & Older
- 4 x 80 meter Family Shuttle Relay (multi-generation teams & spectators)
- 4x100 meter Relay School Team or Business Team and Coed Teams! (TBA)
- 800 meters 7yrs & Older
- 200 meters 5yrs & Older (Heats assign by age oldest to youngest)
- 3000 meters (two mile under 20:00 minutes)

- 2-6yr old kids events (25m-50m-100m-Long Jump), start at approximately 6:25pm Sponored by Optimist Club of Reno!
- Participants and Spectators will be asked to help as Volunteer Officials for a Learn by Doing educational T&F experience.
- NNTOA Volunteer Support include: Starter, Rake Crew, Tape Pullers, Recorders, Shaggers, Timers and more.....
